Registration Fees Include:
VAT, name badge, electronic or printed congress documents, certificate of attendance, coffee/tea services and lunches during the event.

Scholarship Applications:
All scholarship applicants should complete and pay their registration fees in order for their application to be processed. If an applicant did not pay the registration fee, their application will not be processed. Once the scholarship is awarded, the applicant will be reimbursed 100% of the paid registration fee.

Registration Cancelation Conditions
• Registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made after September 23,2022
• For cancellations to be valid , all cancellations must be made in writing to the cngress secretariat and approved.
