Services Included in Registration Fees:
VAT, name badges, electronic and printed congress documents, certificates, tea/coffee and lunches.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made until June 1, 2025, the full registration fee (~5% excluding bank charges and credit card commissions) will be refunded.
For cancellations between June 1, 2025 and August 1, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After August 1, 2025, the registration fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations to be valid, all cancellations must be made in writing to the organization secretariat and approval must be obtained. tupa@evronas.com
