Registration and Accommodation Confirmations and e-invoice
• If you have made your payment by credit card from the online system, your confirmation letter will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you have uploaded in the system.
• Confirmation letters of our participants who use other registration opportunities will be sent to their e-mail addresses by the congress secretariat after the payment checks are completed.
• For all services purchased through the system, an e-invoice will be automatically issued in October 2022 to the participant's current billing information in the Online system and will be sent to the mentioned e-mail address.
Accommodation Cancellation Policies
• Accommodation fee is non-refundable for cancellations made after September 16, 2022.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to the organization secretariat and approved.
