All registration procedures must be done through the online registration system. Applications made by e-mail will not be accepted.
You can make your payments via credit card or bank transfer through the online system.

Services Included in Registration Fees:
VAT, name badges, electronic and printed congress documents, certificates, tea/coffee and lunches.
 
Registration Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made until July 1, 2024, the full registration fee (~5% excluding bank charges and credit card commissions) will be refunded.
For cancellations between July 1, 2024 and September 1, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After September 1, 2024, the registration fee is non-refundable. 
For cancellations to be valid, all cancellations must be made in writing to the organization secretariat and approval must be obtained. tupa@evronas.com
